Working From Home

We recognise that this is a real time of uncertainty for our community. We have no idea of the length of time this may continue, or the true impact of this on our children; so all we can do at this time is provide your children with a selection of activities for them to carry out at home. These activities will enable them to remain familiar with subject content and keep them occupied. We will continue to add to the activities if this situation lengthens.  There will be no expectation of the minimum or maximum amount of study to complete, only a recommendation. We do not know your circumstances now, or how they may change, and appreciate that all parents will want to do their best for their children.

Some subject teachers will set a project for students to work through, which may take a few days or weeks; other subject teachers will set individual tasks on a regular basis.

Work may be emailed to students' email addresses or uploaded to the homework section in ClassCharts.  Maths teachers may set tasks via MyMaths, science and French teachers may set tasks in Kerboodle for KS3 (school code xs5)

Projects will also be uploaded the page for the relevant year group:

Year 5          Year 6          Year 7          Year 8
